Our small-package-dedicated elevators feature drive control with excellent startup responsiveness (high-response VVVF) and deceleration control optimized for short cycles. This reduces cycle times for short-distance round-trip operations—such as repeated trips from the kitchen to the serving floor or from patient wards to treatment rooms—thereby minimizing wait times for on-site staff. In terms of operation, control settings can be configured to align with each facility’s operational policies, including priority control for multiple call points and nighttime restrictions.
In practice, by increasing the percentage of pre-assembly work performed at the factory before shipment, we minimize on-site assembly and wiring time. Since the shaft is prefabricated and shipped ready-to-install, on-site installation requires only minimal work—primarily involving assembly, securing, and electrical connections.
