We propose the optimal elevator and escalator models and specifications based on the type and use of your building (commercial facilities, residential buildings, public facilities, etc.) as well as the installation environment. We comprehensively evaluate various factors—including passenger capacity, frequency of use, ride comfort, quiet operation, and installation space—and can flexibly accommodate everything from standard products to custom specifications. We also take design and ease of use into consideration to provide solutions that harmonize with the overall functionality of the building. We provide responsible support through every stage, from installation to commissioning and start-up.
Under our regular inspection program, we utilize sensors and IoT data to monitor elevator operating conditions and quickly detect any signs of abnormalities. Within China, we are able to provide real-time monitoring through our IoT platform and rapid response via on-site technician dispatch. In overseas regions, including Japan, our support primarily consists of online technical assistance provided to local staff. Through an inspection system that combines monthly and annual physical inspections, we properly replace worn parts and adjust control systems to maintain stable equipment operation. Under long-term maintenance contracts, we provide ongoing operational support, including planning for parts replacement and technical proposals to improve performance.
We can flexibly customize the cabin’s interior design and control panel aesthetics to suit the intended use and spatial design of your building. From colors and materials to layout, we propose decorative elements that harmonize with the facility’s atmosphere and brand image, creating spaces that combine functionality and aesthetic appeal.
At our company, we prioritize the safety and peace of mind of our users above all else, and all our products come standard with optical door sensors, emergency alarm systems, and automatic rescue devices (ARD) for power outages. In addition, we employ a multi-layered safety protection design that includes weight sensors to prevent overloads and malfunctions, door obstruction detection, and protective relays, ensuring that the elevator automatically stops and is protected in the event of an unforeseen situation.
