Laser Beam Door Edge Sensor

Reverse Direction Detection and Immediate Stop Function

The main control system detects reverse movement based on phase signals from sensors, activates the brakes to bring the vehicle to an immediate stop, and prevents serious accidents.

Hazardous Material Entrapment Detection

By detecting abnormal resistance or foreign objects in the collar or skirt areas and automatically stopping the machine, it prevents accidents involving clothing or small objects getting caught.

Emergency Stop Button

Emergency stop buttons installed at the upper and lower landing areas and in the machine room. These buttons immediately stop operation in an emergency to prevent secondary accidents.

Turn Signal

A direction-of-travel indicator installed above the entrance to the handrail. It allows passengers to check the direction of travel before boarding, enhancing safety and convenience.

VVVF Auto Start/Stop

When the infrared sensor detects a person, the system automatically turns on; when no one is present, it automatically turns off, reducing idle time and resulting in significant energy savings.

PWM-Controlled Inverter

High-efficiency motor control enables significant power savings compared to conventional methods.

Automatic Lubrication System

PLC control automatically supplies the optimal amount of lubricant to drive components such as chains and rails. This extends the mechanical service life and reduces the burden of maintenance and inspection.

Oil-Water Separator

Designed for outdoor escalators. It separates and recovers oil from rainwater to prevent environmental pollution.

Fire Alarm Integration System

Interfaces with the building's fire alarm system. Upon receiving a fire signal, it automatically stops operation to prevent the spread of smoke and fire, and notifies the fire control center of the situation.

Emergency Lighting

During a power outage, the battery automatically illuminates the boarding area and steps to help passengers evacuate safely.

You can choose from options such as safety glass, mirror-finish stainless steel, and colored stainless steel to match your building's design.

Lighting Options

Handrail strip lighting (white, blue, red, yellow) and skirt panel dot/strip lighting (white, blue, green, yellow) create a landscape that complements the building’s atmosphere.
